Upper Valley Presents offers two music and movement programs for families: Music Together and Greatest Hits. We have a separate website for our Music Together classes. Information on our Greatest Hits class is below.
Summer 2009 - Classes Tuesdays and Wednesdays, June 30 to Aug 18th. 9 AM to 9:45 AM in Lewiston Hall on the grounds of the UV Events Center. Register by sending in an e-mail and we will put you on the list. Send the note to office@uvpresents.org
Pricing is $10 per class for a parent/caregiver and the first child (regardless of age). Each additional child in same family or friend older than 8 mos is $3. You may purchase a 4 pack of classes for $30 and/or a 4-pack for siblings for $10.
Teachers' Schedules:
Gary will teach Tuesdays June 30, July 7th, 14th and 21st.
Brooke will teach Wednesdays July 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd.
Meg is on Tuesday, Aug 4 and Wednesday, Aug 5th and Tues, Aug. 18th and Wed, Aug. 19th
Katie: Tuesday July 28 and Wed July 12 and Tues, Aug 11 and Wed, Aug 12.
Greatest Hits
Over four weeks each Thanksgiving and Christmas and over six weeks each summer, we offer a Greatest Hits class (ages birth - three years of age only during the summer, all ages in the holiday period) on selected days each week. Greatest Hits is a music and movement class for families that features our teachers' and your favorite songs and selections from Peter and Mary Amidon's classics: Jump Jim Joe and Down in the Valley. Classes are available on a drop-in basis. They are an excellent way to get to know other families and to experience other teachers prior to signing up for a Music Together® class. You do not get any materials or CD, but you may purchase ones we recommend, such as the Amidons, right here in Vermont.
Returning families, no need to register, just show up. Classes are held at the Upper Valley Events Center in Norwich (directions).
Fees: $10 per class per child and $3 for each additional child with a caregiver. Or, $30 for four classes for one child or $40 for 4 classes for two children.

Schedule Overview
Greatest hits runs the week before and the three weeks following Thanksgiving and during the months of July and August.

If the teacher can safely make it to the Events Center, there will be class. Cancellations for any reason will be made up either by an additional class or by allowing you to attend another day’s class. On snow days for other schools when Music Together is running or on other school holidays or in-service days, all siblings are welcome. Snowdays are common in the winter and we leave time at the end of the winter session to accomodate make ups.
